12:00 PM - shotgun start
2:00 PM - Pickleball tournament starts
5:00 PM / AFTER Play - cocktails, dinner, silent auction and entertainment
6:00 PM - player awards and closing remarks
6:30 PM - silent auction closes
7:00 PM - evening conclusion and check-out
